Vision and Values

Vision

As a Church School, we are distinctively Christian in our ethos and outlook. Our whole school ethos is encompassed by three words: Nurture, Grow, Succeed. The ethos is underpinned by Jesus’ mustard seed parable- ‘from the smallest seeds grow the greatest shrubs’ (Mt 13 v31-32). Our vision statement encompasses what we hope to achieve for all of our pupils.

‘At Ebchester CE Primary School, we believe that everyone is unique and valued by God. We create a nurturing, challenging and empowering community rooted in a sense of compassion, friendship and respect. We aspire to provide an outstanding education for our pupils, underpinned by strong Christian values so that our pupils can grow into successful learners, resilient individuals and responsible citizens.’

School VisionValues
